Hi, I’m Bayley Petry, a consultant working across project delivery, change management, and product & service design, with a focus on making complex organisational systems easier for teams and users to understand and adopt.
Most recently, I worked as a Senior Consultant at EY Studio+, delivering user-centred improvements within large transformation programmes—often introducing design into complex delivery environments to improve engagement, clarify systems, and drive practical outcomes, while also contributing to strategic bids for multi-million-dollar engagements.
My background across commerce and design, combined with a non-linear learning journey, shapes a practical approach to simplifying complexity and designing systems that people can understand, trust, and confidently use.
